Shipping Policy

Each item from SanityFragments is premade and ready to ship unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Premade items are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks from the date the order is processed. Preordered items may require additional production time and can take up to 3–4 weeks for delivery. Any extended processing or shipping timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

SanityFragments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
